Farewell Party: The First Chapter
>> May 6, 2009
They said farewells are supposed to be SENTI, EMOTIONAL and GOODBYES.
but for us it's just the beginning of our evolution of the EAGLES, we are destined to be.
The meaning of FAREWELL changed for the Senior Dragons of CSA-B and guess why, no one even cried. AS IN wala gd ya ang may naghibi kay magkawatak-watak na ta or kay magbulagay na. Sa tanan nga farewell, amu na ni ang pinaka "out of the meaning" na event.
And it's probably a good thing because it doesn't mean goodbyes and we all know in our hearts that we hate goodbyes.
The trip's departure time was 8:00 but I guess some of our classmates and some of the teachers got late so the trip started out late. Some were so early, so early na maski ang mga teachers and the rented buses were not yet there (how punctual). Time was running fast so we needed to speed up too. Because we were too hasty, we needed to make sundo to one teacher, Ms. Lani Campillanos and one student, Mary Cris Lee (nakahabol pa man ah). The road trip was said to be 1 - 2 hours 30 minutes of travel duration, it sounded tiring yet I guess it wasn't. Hep hep hep. Sosyal kami bala, isa sg naghatod samun pakadto sa venue was the pick-up car of Ian Sy (yeah!), oh diba. The roadtrip was tiring and we were fried on the heat of the sun. But it was fun and worthwhile especially that ang mga joker galalandar ang pagkalagtok.
The very next thing some of our batchmate did was go towards the beach, ngita bola kay may net, and taglines that includes: "WOW kanami sg beach.", "Kalaw-ay man di man.", "WOW kanami may MERMAID!" Hay naku. Our governor naman, busy sa pagmanage sa lugar, sa bayad and with her assistants, buliganay sila panukot sg mga wala pa nagbayad (meara haw?)
After the bayad-bayad; Swimming, Eating, LANGOY MERMAID, ubra mga chuva sa sand, picture-picture. Tunga tunga sg mga events, may nag appear na FOREIGNER!!! Chat-chat with the teachers. The-Chained-Monkey was also one of the attraction.
The day was over so soon, last minute pictorial and the last pito I heard that Miss Magbanua used was for the statue that Martin made.
The statue that will be washed off by the waves, the engraved names and insignias on the sand will be washed off but it will be stamped forever on those shores, the fun memories that should last for lifetimes.
